Tonsiliths - White bumps in throat…

So um…Ahem...I got what I'm thinking a tonsilith.
It's a white bump in the back of my throat that makes my breath smell awful and irritates my throat when I eat or drink or anything, although only slightly.

Now I can't go to get it checked up on as my parents or guardians won't take me, and my family says not to pick it out like everyone else online is doing from what I've read. Plus every time I try, I gag before I could even reach there.

My question is, does it go away by itself eventually? Should I take anti biotics or anything to help make it go away?

I'm 15 and I can't drive sadly.

They won't take me cause they think it's regular strep throat.

I've already googled how to get rid of them and everyone just peeled them off, I'm just wondering if I have to or if they go away by themselves.

Well if you can't scrap it off. I would just constantly bug your parents to take you. Tell them you're in horrible pain. Just bitch, bitch and bitch. Eventually, they'll cave and take you. You're going to have to man up.

Have you tried gargling with mouth wash? It should help that the 'nasty smell', that you're blaming the sore for and help numb the sore.

well it makes it smell worst. Which is horrid

I'm gargling Salt water as people said I should do and I'm even taking antibiotics, but I've had this tonsilith for about four days now.

Perhaps bitching, might be the best idea at this point.

My dad (who is a throat specialist) thinks the description is insufficient to make any form of correct diagnosis. (He stressed the point that I shouldn't give advice over the internet). The ideal thing to do would be to have a doctor or school nurse or whatever look at it.

It sounded like it was something that will dissapear by itself in a few days but he couldn't be sure. (he wasn't sure about the irritation)

Have you showed it to your parents/guardians?

If need be you can always screw 'em over and call an ambulance. Then you get checked out no matter what 8D

Still suffering, apparently it's not a tonsilith.
I grew the balls to reach down and feel what it was.
It's just a white patch in my throat, no bump or nothing.
It's about 2 by 1 centimeters. I showed my folks and it caught their attention.
"Take antibiotics and don't eat any snacks or salted foods"

So they still think it's strep…It probably is an infection so antibiotics might help but still, it bugs me whatever the hell it is. I'd take a picture if it helps, but that just seems...well disturbing...
