have shanks and buggy been to raftel because ther were in gol d rogers crew
Raftel

-
Nope. And that's sad.
-
How do you know it?
-
Maybe, who knows. They were apprentices so they could have been brought in after going to Raftel, or left somewhere while the crew went since it would be to dangerous. D;
-
Nobody knows yet, except Oda of course.
Roger could have gone alone to Raftel to hide One Piece there (assuming One Piece is actually a tangible object that can be hidden) for all we know, or he could have brought the whole crew with him… if that were the case though, I'd be confused as to why its location hasn't been leaked out somehow. And surely Buggy wouldn't need a map to the Grand Line...?
And then there's the question of what the heck happened to the Oro Jackson... Roger's crew is shrouded in many thick layers of mystery.

i asked myself, "what is Shanks goal to travel around the GL???"
i mean capturing the OP..mhh cant think so,he should know what was the most important for his capt
n(probably to solve the riddle of the lost century–>going against WG)
-also he seems not rly in a hurry to find it,cause traveling to the east blue as a well-known pirate(or maybe at that time he was already a yonkou)doesn`t seems soso i believe it is to be free and have some fun..and maybe to help in some way(for example being a mentor for luffy) so that gol.D`s dream could come true
-
Me thinks rayleigh have been into raftel because he knows about the poneglyph which supposedly located in raftel or roger could have just told him about it
-
All One Piece is, is the journey itself. - The journey to pursue freedom and 'escape' from the totalitarian state known as the Government. When you reach 'Raftel' you have reached the end of the world, the only place that the Government cannot 'conquer' because the island itself is probably a metaphor for something bigger. One Piece isn't a material object, that would be a very very sad sight.. Material possession is already too worshiped in our society.. If it were to be worshipped in One Piece the story would go down the shit drain. One Piece is 'freedom'. To strive for it and your dreams and rise up from State control, which enslaves everyone in some way, shape or form - Even we experience it in our world.
-My two cents.
-EDIT
Also, I believe Rayleigh knows of the poneglyphs because they symbolize what the Government is keeping from the population. They hold information from everyone and rule the world. Uncovering what is written would destroy the government because they are probably ruthless savages and people would rise up and conquer..

I thought to myself once what if One piece is ment:
You reach the end of GL and you got everyone there in One piece…thats true one piece...not losing a nakama and having an adventure...
As Luffy once said…he needs to get stronger so he can protect his nakama, Pirate King is a guy who can do that...Well it was just a thought I discarded the next second

I think there's a good chance that not even Rayleigh has been there (unless it was stated he has?). It was mentioned that Roger was gone for a year off on his (at least away from the Roger Pirates) without Rayleigh knowing what he was doing during that time till he was about to be executed.

Nobody knows yet, except Oda of course.
true… but i dnt believe he has every aspect of the story mapped out, he could change his mind just like that so who knows, just another 400 and something chapters to go till we find out

i would prefer for the crew to survive and complete there dreams/ambitions then to just find a mountain of gold, it would be shit, unless they got both
-
well nami would be disipointed if there wasnt any treasure

So you could sail around the world and remember everything off by heart?

No they weren't they joined after Roger already got OP in that one year span where Roger then disbanded the crew.
Oh and yes I'm saying this as if I know it to be fact…............
