fuckin cant wait for this next chap. would be amazing if it was dedicated to shwing a quick couple of pages of the other strawhats surroundings, before returning to luffy's arc
Where's the rest of the strawhats?

In a way, I don't want to assume that ANY of the SH will get an upgrade but it's too hard not to because of how much there is in common with the SH and the island they landed on.
Im not going to raise my hopes up on this one because the main character that should have attained a boost DID NOT do so on that island (referring to Luffy DUH!).
Then again…..Oda doesn't like to show training toward a new move...none of us expected Gear 2 until it was debuted in the Luffy vs Bleuno fight (or Movie 7)...then we were explained a little later on about how Luffy came to develop these skills...Oda might just do the same and have Luffy use Haki when it is most needed and then explain that he underwent "this" and "that" type on training while he was on the Marine ship...I doubt Oda would say he learned this on the island....unless it happened between Boa accepting Luffy and Luffy leaving with Boa.
-
ahh man im totaly syked bout the new strength reshuffle after this chapter, coz as evry1 is saying the main character doesnt seemed to hav upgraded in strength that much, but as we see with nami…she has a new technique thrown at her str8 away and therefore will probably develope som sik new skills, it would be great to see the weaker characters be on par with the monster three, or atleast alot stronger than before, but if i had to pik i would definatly want usopp, franky, nami and even sanji to get stronger, it would be amazin to see sanji use tekkai gou on his legs to let him kick steel better, cant imagine wat usopp wil do but i guess thats wat makes usopp one of the most unpedictable characters (my opinion). oh and hopefully we get to see luffy and momonga fight, which mite giv oda the chance to show luffy use haki, purposely
-
they'll surely get upgrades, butim sure we wont see them do the training or anything. the exact depths of their training will probably take several fights to coax out of each character, possibly to take as long as the enxt 3 arcs or whatever. oda has always been great at surprising us with new techniques, nobody saw the anti-CP9 techniques coming, they were out of nowhere.
-
Well, he beat up Bon Kurei already, didn't he?
Heheh, Bon Kurei is not a transgender. I don't really know what he is. Maybe he is just very gay….

I've read through a lot of posts in here, suggestions and theories as to where the SHs have landed and what kind of island and whether or not they will upgrade their moves from that island..
Arriving on a certain island does not necessarily mean that you will become stronger, whatever kind of island it is. It would be way too predictable to have the members land on an island that suits their style of fighting and skill, and all of you know Oda, he isn't predictable at all. Sanji landed on that island, probably for comical reasons. It could be very important, or it could not. Let's just wait and find out.
So, to those who are making baseless fan-guessing, stop. You'll just get your hopes up. You can't assume they will all become stronger. Maybe a few, yes, but not all. I agree with some of you here, though. As for me, I'll hope for the best and expect the next chapter to be amazing (which it will be, of course)
Watching them train is interesting, though. I do expect at least one training sequence.
pretty much, maybe… no. yes. pie.

fail pie. guaranteed to give you aids.

I don't want any then. I think I'll have win pie instead.

we arent assuming the Sh's will land on islands that will train them out of the blue. It has been stated that the conversation zoro had with kuma may have led to kuma thinking of places to send the individuals, seeing as how he did in fact help the SH's by sending them away from sumo-dude and kizaru, and his secret talk with rayleigh. seems he is on the good side, but working from the inside, possibly like mihawk, though mihawk could just be looking out for himself.

I said most/some (I forgot, ha) assume that. You raise a good point, though. I never looked at it that way. I don't exactly recall that part. If Kuma hadn't sent them away, the SH would have been fuckin' goners. But are you sure Kuma knows where he sends them? Does he know where he's sending them? Oh, and if anything, Mihawk IS just looking out for himself.
-
In my opinion there is no other possibility for the strawhats besides to upgrading their abilities if they want to survive and achieve their dreams. Because after dragon, and the yonkou they are now the most wanted "criminal" group on the world.
So their enemies are now only the powerful charakters in the world of OP, and at the moment they would endure a crushing defeat if they would be involved in another fight against a shichibukai or an admiral.
Especially Nami, Usopp, Chopper and even Franky, Chopper and Robin need to power up their strength to keep up to the monster trio and of course the enemies they will have to fight in the fiture.I think Kuma knows exactly were he send them, because imo his ability of teleportation is basing one the same process. He only pushing his self or maybe the air around him away to move with the speed of light everywhere he wants to.

[stupid question]
what happen when chopper get eaten?
get the one who eat him his df power?
[/stupid question] -
Well this thread is pretty pointless now is it. (Takes slice of failure pie)
-
I've been thinking, everyone was sent somewhere after Kuma learned that Ace was Luffys bro, and after he had learned about the war that was going to unfold.
Maybe they were sent to their respective places to stay out of the war, and Kuma probably assumes he won't survive and thats why he said "we shale never meet again".
-
Heheh, Bon Kurei is not a transgender. I don't really know what he is. Maybe he is just very gay….
I just took him for a straight male transvestite myself.

yep. pretty much. might as well let it die.

We still can predict where the Pacifistia and that stone in Thriller Bark were sent…
-
by the way i totally called the sanji thing

The stone and pacifista will be in the next cover story series. I can't wait!!!
-
The Stone's gonna kill white beard
-
by the way i totally called the sanji thing
no offense dude but that was one of the most predictable moments in all of One Piece… there were tons of other people who called it also

ok, sorry for bringing this up on a thread that hasnt been active for over a month. i was reading another thread on the name of mihawk, and something come to mind, everybody has been trying to determine why zoro is where he is cuz it realy doesnt make much sense, but i have thought about something, i re-read the manga where it shows the place zoro is, and it show a dark place with a castle and stuff and the i thoght about mihawk's first name (dracule or something) and his dark aura and stuff.
and thinking about it i thought he might have been sent to where mihawk is from.
just a theory, i since i thought there was no need to make a new thread i decided to post on this one.
What are your opinions? is it possible or do we have infomation proving otherwise that i might have forgot about? -

Yeah, this was an old theory waaaay backwhen the chapter came out. Its alwaysbeen an intereasting sounding concept… But its going to be a LONG time before we find out anything at all.
-
i think that zoro will get healed up by perona and than hardens his will by being attacked from her "negativ attacks"
-
With such a will, he would be able to use haki !
After all, Rayleigh was also Roger's right arm, and he masters haki. -
The question now isn't so much as the where as it is the why (which has been discussed extensively) and the when.
I'm curious to know exactly when the crew will rejoin Luffy. And will they do it en masse? Or will we see them rejoin in a particular order?
-
I think it'll be en masse to give the reunion emotional punch, but the rest of the crew will meet before they find Luffy.
Though I have no idea how the hell Zoro, and especially Robin are going to get anywhere.
-

(spoilers just in case)
! especially since noone knows how far the islands are from the ID or Sanbody Archipelego..and that apllies to all the strawhats.
! Unless someone in the OP world has a power like Kumas(or the opposite meaning bring the person to them)..or Kuma has a turnaround and is able to bring people to him..I dont know whats going to happen.:ninja: -

After all, Rayleigh was also Roger's right arm, and he masters haki.Zorro, and now probably also with his devil leg Sangi, already use Haki. How else do you grow extra arms heads and swords without a DF power. Infact most of Zorros strong techniques are probably haki based in the end.
But ya they were all sent to places where they could improve themselves. Zorro needs REST the most so he went somehwere he can get it.

i doubt that Oda sent him there to rest
he could have sent him to sky island to rest he could have sent him to the ice island of the genious to rest but sends him to a desert island (chances are zoro would have just bled out n died) with no one to look after him luckily for zoro perona helps but she was an enemy so for all kuma knows (if he sent them to their places on purpose) that a previous enemy is also waiting on the island -
Oh no, wasn't this Haki = Asura and Diamble Jambe Discussion made a lot of times in this forum?
I might as well run away, you just unleashed the beasts of this forum.

yeah…..thanks for contributing some more pointless Cr*p.............. how is this related to the topic?
i wonder if any of the crew are places we've already seen, we hardly know enough about usopps and nami's location, maybe she is not far from jiya? unlikely but maybe she has gone to the same home town as urouge.............
ive got nothing in terms of ideas for usopp
perhaps franky is in the same home town as vegapunk also -
Zoro will find a Phoneglyph
i mean, it's like an ancient ruined kingdom, right?
-
Zoro will find a Phoneglyph
i mean, it's like an ancient ruined kingdom, right?
meh but he wouldn't be able to read it unless he really is like gold rodger in heaaring the breath of all things
-
Well, I dont really know how that hear the breath of all thing works… but sorry did infact hear the breath of all thing when he fought Daz Bonez... you know, the cut through everything technique.
-
Since the theme of Hara Hetternia seems to be that the people there always get screwed over, I was thinking: What if their summoning ceremony was a success, but the Devil showed up at the Long Arm tribe's village instead? Would they convince him to attack the cultists instead? Would Brook have a fiddlin' contest against him to determine the fate of the village?
-
honestly, if ur brrok, would you like to get involved in another ppl's war?
unless u like girls panty so much -
@Jane Doe why are you always asking pointless questions? Are you tenryuken?
Of course Brook will help them if they are oppressed. -
@magnetic monkey
i don't see brooke going to attack someone else unless he knows both sides of the story, i could see their being a twist in the story, another thing is that if brooke beats the longarm tribe then there will be implications of a fight between him and apoo scratchman. dont get me wrong if the longarm tribe attacked he would help but i don't see brooke attacking this tribe without being provoked or knowing both sides of the story… -
Yes John Giant i can't see him attacking for no reason. He will help if it's needed. I just wanted to ask Jane Doe what the hell he/she is thinking when she states/asks stuff like that. He/she asks if brook would involve himself in a war? Why not if it's to help people. Brook is a kind guy. So are all the SHs

yeah, i totally agree…....
also jane is........i dont know how to explain it but it seems though she has a good statement/question but it seems to come out wrong, like she doesn't elabourate at all and leaves really confusing messages... im sure if we spoke jargon we might understand what she is trying to say........:wassat:i think?
-
I would not be surprised if there was an "Afro Island" at New World.
-
personally, i do now view people who does DARK RITUAL and summon STAIN to fight a war for them as a good people
EXPECIALLY when they sacrifice a little scared looking girl
So, why would brook get involved in other ppl's war? he need to hurry up and meet rest of the strawhat!
ps. i'm a girl -

oh wait i actually had this translated and from what i can gather the text refers to the morality of the people for being willing to sacrifice a girl......unfortunately the rest of the script in another dialect that we haven't managed to translate, but don't worry we have the worlds best minds working on it.........
-
I was thinking more along the lines of "Satan has already been summoned, and decides to go rampage on the village where Brook is currently". In short, a situation where Brook is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Would he involve himself in the war? He would if the war involves him, first.
