Did Ace bother to crash the Water 7 party? I think not. Not to take away from the epicness that was that party, but not even Garp showed up, and he was in town. Aokiji also left early. :ermm:
As for Shanks, well, where do you think he learned how to throw such awesome parties that even Mihawk feels the need to show up? Why, he learned them from Party-Master-Buggy of course!

Hey, I'm not denying Buggy's awesome party-throwing abilities. I'm just saying that he hasn't thrown a special one that's topped the Water 7 party, yet (on panel). Him and Shanks are the same in that regard, and it's too close to call to make a good guess on which of the two can throw better parties.
I bet Roger threw some killer parties, himself.
