I'm using java and I would like to import some classes that I made. But every time I try to it says package so and so does not exist. I tried putting them in the ext folder of java but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how I can do it?

Are you using Eclipse to run your java? It's free, and if you put your classes in the source file of the main project then there shouldn't be any problem.
(Sadly, I don't really know anything beyond that- just started taking my first CS course 3 weeks ago, so I basically learned about user-created classes last week).
