Anyone else see this? It's the new movie about George W. Bush, directed by Oliver Stone, director of other political movies, such as JFK and Nixon. The movie isn't exactly a documentary, more like a biography observing the life and times and presidency of Bush.
I just saw it and I thought it was great. The movie pretty much affirms what most of America already knows: that George Bush is more or less an ignoramous and his presidency is pretty much a train wreck. It also looks into his past and his unstable relationship with his father. And while the movie does depict his incompetency you can't help feel sorry for him at times. The movie does go into his belief that he is on a mission from God (which he truly believes) and that he is trying to make his father proud, but ends up ruining the Bush name.
Overall, it was a really good movie, and though you'll probably know the gist of it there are bound to be few tidbits you're not aware of.
