Zoro and Sanji are definitely the most awesome duo out there, even if they hate each other. Though I will always love the Usopp/Chopper duo and the SogeKing/Franky duo. Still, Zoro and Sanji are the most awesome.

Then Nami connects back up with Luffy. ie. Luffy+Zoro, Chopper+Usopp and so on.

I love Sanji & Zoro, but Zoro and Luffy are ying and yang. They don't have to speak so they are more effective...

I would like too see a Luffy & Sanji team... The only scece I can remember was in the Drum Arc... Where Luffy grabs Sanji's leg and was kicked by him with amazing speed...

Chopper and Usopp, because they actually fought as a team succesfully, unlike Sogeking 'n Zoro, Kaku 'n Jyabura, so on so forth.

Coby and Helmeppo works for me, though they're kind of a trio with Garp now.
Shura & Ohm and their respective pets were awesome death machines as well, and I've always enjoyed Gan Fall and pierre as well.
And of course, Jango and Fullbody are always awesome.

My favourite SH duo would have to be Robin and Franky. I think they intereacted really well when given the chance to, and I hope they get teamed up in the future.

But, ultimately, the greatest duo of all time is naturally Kame sennin and Sanji.
