It is more or less obvious than Luffy will come to face Hancock within the few next chapters. Now the question is how well will he be able to resist her ability? In fact, if any of the other Straw Hat members were to face her (at least her stone turning thingy) what would happen?
Let's start by the obvious:
Sanji would be a stone before she casted anything…
Nami/Robbin: it is unsure if the ability works on women... pbly not I'll say
Chopper: he is from another species, so nope
Now a bit more tricky:
Franky: he might... not sure. he is 1/2 artificial and all
Brooke: even if he is dead, he still have feelings. but he has no "heart". here i will say that he wouldn't fall for it
Zoro: I think he would do just like the vice admiral and manage to resist it somehow
Luffy: for the sake of the story he will resist it. How? I am not sure he is immune to female charms. I think however that his love for his Nakama and for his dream is stronger.
.. and OMG I forgot Ussop! I think he could resist it... he resisted Perona's power
Anyway... not a great thread, but let me know your thoughts

well here's my opinion:
sanji = gg. just dont even try lol
nami/robin = would also probably lose, it has been shown that her beauty affects her (all female) crew as well.
Chopper = No clue. But as he is another species, he also has the human type zoan fruit. so idk.
Franky = Also not sure. He hasn't really been shown to be into women. But you never know.
Brooke = Same as franky
Zoro = I doubt he'd fall to that power. He's too level headed.
Luffy = Possibly the perfect opponent for her. He's too stupid to like girls lol.any other ideas?

During TB when Nami was taking a shower and was naked Chopper specifically stated although he is a guy he has no interest in a human female's body but I think he could fall in love with their intellect.
The rest of the crew is doomed imo.

franky and brook would fall. chopper is tough to decide. zoro depends. if luffy is there, ythen i say yes he'd fall for story sake. if he is by himself i'd say he wouldnt fall because he seems more determined when he's the strongest crew member around.

I hope Buggy and Alvida show up for some ackward reason (you know they always end up in the weirdest of islands). With two strong devil fruit users on his side, Luffy's victory over Hancock and her two sisters would be less ridiculous if it ever happens.
For all we know Alvida's cockyness to accept someone else as more beautiful than her might neutralize Hancock's power, or the merrow might as well just slip off Alvida's skin since it's supposed to be always perfect no matter what hits her.
Anyway, Luffy always has Gomu-Gomu-No-Baka/Boo~~ to erase anything he's thinking about.

It really depends. Even the most stern can fall into lust. It's a matter of distracting yourself during that moment. The only person I could see being completely immune to it, it's Spandam. He's a woman beater.

Hm, I wonder if she could use the Swoon Swoon Fruit (Yes, that is an accurate translation of ''mero'') in conjunction with a weapon. Like, if she hits you with an arrow, or injures someone with a weapon, she can cause the injury to inflict slow petrification. It would certainly create tension and suspense if Luffy came to blows with her and had to either beat or otherwise get her to lift the effects as he was slowing turning to stone.

I'm not gonna argue who looks better since they're not real and just drawings in a manga but Alvida has a ways to go before she gets a rep for her beauty like Hancock has.

It can't be proven and is too "mature" to explain for a shonen manga. At best, we can only say that Luffy is INNATELY not interested in women.
I've often thought that too, throughout the series he has never showed any interest in women. When Alvida showed up in Rogueport(I think it is called) every man in the crowd was in awe of her beauty, but Luffy didn't seem to suffer any "Love" effect.

Luffy: I think he would resist it. He will get distracted or find something stupidly weird about her and she would have no effect.
Zoro: Wouldn't work on him. He doesn't really show any interest in women. The only ones he ever liked were Kuina and Tashigi. He won't let some woman keep him from achieving his dream.
Nami: I think she would fall in love but for different reasons. She would see the beauty as a way to make a lot of money and will be unable to resist.
Usopp: He would try bragging about how his beauty was known throughout the land and she would get bored, turning him to stone partway through his story.
Sanji: He would be a statue before he saw her.
Chopper: Chopper would not turn to stone at first. If she tried to flatter him or something though, he would be a goner.
Robin: I don't think Robin would be all too interested and would not lose her heart. No stone for her.
Franky: He hasn't really shown much interest in women that I can remember. I'd say he would survive too.
Brook: Brook would be safe. Although he is a perv and is obsessed with women, I don't think it would work. Boa Hancock would be astounded it didn't work as Brook picks his jaw off the ground (literally). When she asks, he would make some joke about not having a heart to lose.
