How can that one contain chapter 513? There are already spoilers for that one and Friday it´s going to be scanlated which means that chap 513 has been published in the shonen jump from last monday sept 1st.

No, the RAWs are generally leaked several days before publication. While we get to see the spoiler by Wednesday, the magazine doesn't come out till the weekend I believe.

The spoilers come out 5 days before the real date of realased the SJ. Today come out the 513 spoilers, Friday/Saturday the RAW and next Monday the real realased of the Magazine.
