Need Some Help Locating the Bandai Trading Cards

I decided that I wanted to see if I could get a hold of the now-discontinued One Piece CCG by Bandai and have had a lot of luck getting the Base Set (The Quest Begins). However, I have been stymied at every turn in trying to find the second set (Passage to the Grand Line). I am really wanting to get boosters from this set and thought that I had found it at USA Comic Books, but alas, that was actually the Base Set (which I already have).

Would anyone be able to help me find a place that sells the discontinued booster sets (perferably in boxes)?

Kicker is, they only ship one way, FedEx, and it's EX-PEN-SIIIIVE. He went to buy the 24 pack and shipping came back as $45. Needless to say he didn't do it.

For a while, they were selling them at the Dollar Tree store locally; I cleaned them out in my search for an Arlong.

I actually bought about 100+ cards on ebay for a few dollars last year.

They are pretty nice, but I like the ones that have a unique design better.

They used to sell them at the dollar tree at one point. You might check there.
My brother keeps finding them there every now and then and giving them to me

…no it's not, unless the package is written in english and the cards inside are japanese.

Oh and Mokenda_mint, where might I find the dollar tree?

ETA: Oh, it's an American store. I'm actually Canadian so I don't have that. I only have the Dollar Store, which doesn't have anything like that.
