Also, the more perplexing one, Enel vs Kizaru.
Kizaru is made (presumably, but seems logical to assume that at this stage) out of light. And Enel is lightning. Both move at the speed of light, can explode shit and become light. So who'd win in a fight?

how exactly is a vs thread any different from 90% of the other threads in the forum? You give your opinion, you discuss stuff, you argue…the same as with any other topic. if the rules forbid it then a mod will lock it and that's that, but don't be posting bullshit about arguments and evidence, it's either hypocrisy or stupidity.

Vs threads are 100% theory and in most cases the match ups will never even happen. Pages of replies from people upset about what someone said about another character. Some people even break out encyclopedia's to try and prove their point ( Usually Logia related ). The threads go on and on with no direction until the thread gets closed because it turned into a playground squabble.

BeSPEC, I think what he meant was that lots of allowed threads here degenerate into people forcing opinions on each other with no evidence, not just VS threads. Pretty much anything people post on here seems to be pointless speculation based 100% on theory, to be honest. It's just that with VS threads, it's even more intensely stupid.

I don't think he was disagreeing with what you were saying, but instead saying that what you said applied to most topics here, not just VS threads specifically…

in b4 the lock, sad really its usually my threads i watch bein locked, oh and enel kickes ass woteva people say, 500million bounty is huge, we saw wat happened wen the worst opponent faces him (luffy bein imune) but against people with no defence i cant imagine him bein beaten, well anyway i reckon kizaru would beat him but i think he would beat aokiji, i thought about the pro's and cons and enel really is badass, shame we wont see him again, or maybe oda has an ace up his sleave?

And we almost definitely won't see Enel again, otherwise the entire cover-storyarc of him with the moon men would have been useless. He should be perfectly happy ruling his new kingdom, unless Oda REALLY wants to have a huge "the aliens are invading Earth" storyarc (which would be really wierd, even for him).

Secondly, I think that even if this thread is okay, we still don't have enough info on the power of the light logia.

With enel we have all the info we need, but with Kizaru he's only had 2-3 chapters with his ability, so it's still just being introduced.

Eh, originally I wanted to argue for the existence of this topic, but seeing the replies so far, I understand why vs. threads aren't allowed. It seems that most shonen fans, no matter how intelligent they may be otherwise, are simply incapable of holding a thoughtful conversation on a character's abilities as compared to another's. Must be a fan thing.
