Yes, I use Photoshop heavily. Have been for years… well, I fire it up tonight and is greeted with a problem:
I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!
The program works, but when I go into a file/image/whatever you want to call it, none of the tools work. Instead I get the hand tool, despite the tool I selected saying it's active. My cursor remains the hand and I'm not able to do anything with it. I can only do very basic actions by using commands in the File toolbar at the very top. Restarting Photoshop does nothing, and I see no reason why I would have to reinstall it.
The program has been working fine for years, and I haven't done A THING on my system to result in it getting messed up. If anyone has a solution, please I appreciate the help.
It's Photoshop CS 2.
EDIT: It's.. fixed?! I minimized it to write this topic, and when I maximized the window again… everything worked.
