just wanted to settle who was strongest in everyones opinion as ive just read pages of people debating it! in my opinion enel is truly monstrus in power, i would put him in a higher rank than ace but definatly not emperor material, either way he is strong and his ultimate attack i believe could destroy anything/anyone. we saw ace and blackbeards best and that was noway near the power he put out….........

Aokiji would wipe the floor with Enel. As stated by some of the debaters, Aokiji took a straight serious punch from Luffy and barely felt a thing, whereas Eneru took one punch and fell like a bitch.
enel is good but no where near the best.
IDK if he would have been able to go down to the OP world he would have caused major havoc.

The main problem with Eneru Final Atack (Raigoh) was the horrific start up time. Luffy had the time to climb a beanstalk twice to get to him and fuck the shit up. Plus Eneru needs the Maxim to create a Raigoh. Destroy the Maxim and you son't have to worry about the threat.@Lordzeb121:
