I do already have it on DVD, but I wouldn't mind having this on Blu Ray, but I think I'll wait more patiently for this one.

That is where the excitement lies. If they license either 4, 6 (oh hell yea), or 9… there is a chance that it will be released on Blu-ray. First though, we have to prove One Piece can sell on Blu-ray. Unfortunately, the test pilot isn't the best.

Well, MAYBE they'll have the english-dubbed version of Compass, and I'm sure SOMEONE would like to have it in HD. I, for one, liked the movie, but seeing how I don't have a BluRay-player, and that I'm quite happy with the DVD I already have, I won't be buying it…

Yeah, it's quite an annoying situation. I might get the BluRay version long after it comes out and drops in price as I already have the DVD, and I only got that to support the show and dub.
I wonder if they'll do something like the DBZ movies and make "Double Feature Discs" I mean I don't much care for Movie 7 and 8 but I'd gladly buy both of them on one disc.

People are speculating the English dub of Compass being on it, seems some people don't know that FUNimation said it WOULD be if they ever did a Blu-Ray release.
I'm not getting it, I ain't got a blu-ray player. Probably wont have one for a long time.

Holy shit, even tough I have the DVD and I don't have a bluray player… I'll be buying this when it comes out :D.
Anyway I didn't like the movie but well... gotta support One Piece in the US =]. -
Well, I guess FUNi wants to experiment on how One Piece will do on Blu-Ray, I'm not sure if OP and Blu-Ray will go well together, but I guess we'll see how it does.

It would've been nice to have a cross-format release, since I have a PS3 and would've liked the film in Blue-Ray.
My only trepidation is that if they end up releasing the season sets on Blue-Ray, I'll want to go and re-buy them in that format. I wish they would do cross-format releases or just wait for Blue Ray to get cheaper to release on.

Yeah, it'll include English Compass, it'll retail for $24.99, and it's coming out in January. Forgot which topic this was revealed in, probably the DVD one.
