Sai's cockblocking was funny indeed, I don't get the hate for this character, sure he's probably been created to pander to moronic Sasuke fangirls, talks too much about penises for his own good and his change of character was incredibly poorly done, (yeah I reckon that's a lot against him) but he's damn funny.
I liked him as soon as he said exactly what I thought about Sasuke before getting the shit punched out of him by forehead. Him and Yamato are cool new characters.

Yamato and Deidara are probably the only Part 2 characters I like a lot. Yamato's ghoul face was just classic.
I liked Yamato, Deidara, Hidan, and Kakuzu… well, maybe a little less when he turned into the spaghetti mouth monster. I still need to read that whole part.
I laughed rather hard when Kakuzu turned into a tentacle monster, I liked him better when he was just spitting different elements.

Well personally I thought everyone loved it because you can't turn around without seeing a few million final fantasy 7 fanboys/fangirls walking around.

and well I know people disagree with me but I was hoping that One Piece would have at least gotten nominated for best manga. I mean come on I know the dub was bad but at least the manga should have gotten props.

Wow, the plot is actually progressing. I hope Saucekay kills Oro, that would certainly redeem his character in my eyes.
Kishimoto's certainly got my interest back somewhat. If I like what happens, I just might go back to reading Naruto weekly instead of just skimming the spoilers.
Oro can't die, unless AL has been intended as the main villian the entire time. That would be odd, though.
I think Kishi said in an interview that Oro was the main antagonist. I dunno when this interview was done so he could have changed his mind since then.
I hope Kishi did change his mind (Not that Orochi is a bad villian tho), it'd be a welcome change to throw more potential final villians in the mix like One Piece.
I highly doubt Sasuke will suceed in killing Orochi tho. Like I said awhile ago, they'll probably be interrupted by Akatsuki members, Kabuto or another Konoha Arc.
Yeah, so far Akatsuki members have been stronger than most kages. I mean, Oro beat Sandaime Hokage and Yondaime Kazekage, Sasori beat the Sandaime Kazekage, Kakuzu lived fighting the Shodai Hokage, and Deidara defeated Gaara, the Godaime Kazekage (technically)
The Sand Village seems to be considerably weaker than the other villages, in fact, I think Baki stated at one point that they were weaker.
Orochimaru beating the Third disappointed me, even though I knew he was going to lose. But, yeah, most of Akatsuki is at "kage level", but then again I think you can consider a lot of Naruto character "kage level".
If Sandaime was younger, I feel he could have won.
Sarutobi may have died, but Oro didn't technically defeat him.
Well, it was more or less a tie I suppose, seeing as how he pretty much made Orochimaru, at least combatwise, dead.

I agree with Impel Down(wow, the first time I agree with him), AL will be for sure the final villian. It's true that Orochimaru is the main villian, but the fact that he is the main villian not means that he is the final villian.

There's roughly zero chance Orochimaru would redeem himself and fight alongside the good guys like Hadler though, so if he's not the main villain he'll have to die cause he'd have no relevance to the plot anymore.
Oro will die at the hands of Akatsuki or Naruto, probably.
@Aldrich Like you said, Oro and Hadler don't have much resemblances because the villian from Dai No Boken turned a good guy before his death. AL and Vearn have an emphasized resemblance, they're always into darkness before makes their first appearence in person(AL not yet)
@Impel Down One of the probable options is that Oro is defeated by Naruto and killed by Akatsuki, concretly the leader.

Well Naruto being trained by Gai/Lee to improve his taijutsu would certainly be a good idea as he's not going to "bring Sasuke back" by nuking his ass into oblivion, he needs something else. Which makes you wonder why he developped that uber jutsu in the first place… Anyway it'd be cool, but yeah it's unlikely. It's too much of a good idea.
