Wondering what your opinions are. 
I personally am leaning towards Persona, simply because of her semi-broken DF ability.
Oh and of course, this question only applies to females that have already been physically shown and introduced by Oda. So for example please don't state theories as facts like, "I think Lola's mom might be a Yonkou so that would mean she's the strongest woman in OP." Just talk about characters that we already know things about in the manga please.
Of all the females shown in OP who do you think is the strongest of them all and why?

There's really no way to objectively state such a thing, as comparative strength doesn't really work since we haven't seen them canonically (lol canon) pitted against each other in such a way that we could accurately measure their individual strengths. And, this being the One Piece universe, we've seen that people can pull some pretty impressive things out of the air all of a sudden as it is, making it a purely situational and hypothetical question that will probably eventually devolve into a popularity contest.
As such, this seems to be (essentially) a bizarre mix between a theories thread and a versus thread.
Also the correct answer is Kokoro. Because I like her. :)
