A funny scene that I really love is the one where the Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Usopp and Nami end up in that weird room, and Foxy, dressed as Porche comes in saying, "Choppy, choppy!" (To which Chopper's Porche-senses start to tingle xD) Everyone but Luffy knows that it's indeed Foxy, but Luffy puts the icing on the cake by thinking that it what Foxy's sister. xD The reactions of the others and even Foxy's were priceless.
For a dramatic scene I'd say my favourite is the one with Dr. Hiluluk's "People only die when they're forgotten," speech. That actually made me cry, especially because of Ave Maria playing in the background. xD'

Hmm, anime only huh? Walk to arlong park scene gives me goosebumps everytime. Luffy going gear 2 the first time, Sanji's Mr.prince bit in rain diners, And zoro's breath of life speech against mr.1.
As for funny stuff, too much for me to decide.

I agree, the Thriller Bark one was freakin hilarious. I like the Robin "I WANT TO LIVE!!" , in DBF when Luffy chose to skate 3 times, even though he didnt know how, and when the SH crew arrived on Long Ring Long Land, and Luffy, Chopper and Usopp started rolling in the grass, Theres too many good scenes for me to type down. I'm lazy.

Arlong Park- Luffy giving Nami his hat
G8 - Zoro magically leads the strawhats out of a dead end ambush with his direction deficiencies.

i have to say the part where luffy bursts out of the barrel
cause when i first watched one piece i watched episodes 10 - 20 first
so when i first saw luffy burst out of the barrel i was like "thats so like him"
couldnt stop smiling.i also liked the part where luffy went gear for the first time
and as for the comedy sections of one piece;its impossible for me to choose one almost every single one made me laugh

as far as emotional scenes go, it would have to be merry's burial, the voice acting and animation there were just so amazing, it almost made me cry.
as for funny scenes the best one was where sanji almost kissed zoro in the morning on the ship, that had me laughing out loud.

There is honestly too many to mention but one of my all time favorites is the walk on top of the judicial tower. The music was perfect for that scene.

Gear 2nd Revealed (Not Movie 7) -
Well this is a tough one, there a truly so many amazing scenes emm a few that i really enjoyed were;
Luffy vs Lucci - Luffy Falls and then Ussop calls out giving Luffy the strength to beat Lucci and save his Nakama/Crew.
The walk on the top of the tower leading up to Robin crying out "I WANT TO LIVE"
Luffy Giving Nami is hat Nami whimpering "Help me" then yelling " DAMN RIGHT!"
Luffy Uses his Gomu Gomu Axe destorys Arlong Park then rises from the rubble screaming "NAMI YOUR MY NAKAMA!"
Luffy's History Shanks standing up for Luffy -"I don't mind having having food or drink spilt on me i will just laugh about it but if you ever hurt my friends you will be sorry"
Then when the gun is pointed at his head "Betcha life on it?" then when he gives up his arm to save Luffy and stares down the seaking.

and when zoro became a "father" lol that was SO funny -
Lol to be honest i never thought i would see Zoro as a Father/older brother/ man of the house type thing, probably what made it so funny.

I remember there was a different thread for this. Memories gone away! Anyway,
I just rewatched 247, and amidst all the boringness of the animation/art during this stretch of Water 7 (SERIOUSLY wtf) and knowing what's going to happen, suddenly that old "storage room" music starts playing when Usopp is in the water looking up at Merry. While it was all happening I literally thought, "This is One Piece…" It reminded me exactly of when Sanji was in the water carrying Luffy, near the end of the Baratie arc. Talk about a sea of nostalgia.

my favorite scene would probably be when chopper discovers that dr.hiraluk is dead. now, i know, this is a really sad part, but the way the emotion of the scene is i just was truly upset, its so sad to see something that cute get hurt in such a grooling way.

How has the prison scene from G8 not been mentioned?
Usopp, Luffy, and Zoro have been thrown in the brig, and Sanji finds them. Usopp tells Sanji to use the Impact Dial that's in his pocket to blow the prison bars apart. So Sanji takes out the Dial, but when he activates it, the only thing that comes out is Zoro's comments on Nora from Skypiea: he had grabbed a Tone Dial instead.
Question marks then pop up over the heads of the Marines, and one of them wonders if that is a secret weapon, causing Sanji to turn bright red. Usopp then hurridly says that the Impact Dial is in his other pocket. Sanji takes that one (glaring at Usopp all the while), but a foul smelling gas comes out of it. Usopp demands to know who put a fart in his Flavor Dial, and Luffy weakly apologizes.
Well, next they take the fart joke even further by having the gas hit a gas lamp and it explodes, blowing apart the prison bars. And when everyone finally gets out, there's a great gag involving Zoro's lack of direction actually coming in handy.

There's so many great scenes it's hard to choose. One of my favorites is the one where Luffy imitates Sanji and zoro in Skypiea only to get beat down by Sanji.

As mentioned earlier when Luffy fights Bellamy. Or rather when Luffy punches him once and he goes down. After such being such a jerk Bellamy getting beaten so easily gave me chills.

- Captain Kuro's "endured it". EPIC EVIL OF EPIC PROPORTIONS!
- Nami stabbing the crap out of her Arlong tattoo. Powerful stuff…
- Everyone's backstories, except for Luffy. God damn Oda knows how to set up a past! More powerful stuff!
- Corcus' "can't you appreciate a running gag?" Funny stuff!
- FUNi dub Mihawk's "fine..." before slashing Zoro. MAN that sounded BADASS!
- Crocodile stabs Luffy at the end of round 1. Everything goes silent. Dark tone of voice. God damn that's cool. Hope the dub matches up...
- Enel goes to zap Robin. Zoro grabs her. "She's a woman," Zoro says. Enel, the pimp-mack-maddafagga he is, replies with "I can see that."
- Crocodile's defeat, and the rain falling in Alabasta, to Dvorak's New World Symphony. I mean, yeah, my favorite villain of all time just got the shit knocked out of him, but at least he was beaten in one of the most epic endings I have ever laid eyes on. Amazing.
- Enel's defeat, and the ringing of the bell. If any ending could compare to the level of beauty that was the end of Alabasta, it would be this big chunk of beautiful.
But my all time favorite moment?
That would be
! Particularly 2:54 of "THIS SHIT"! Is it an obvious choice for me? Yeah, it is. But not just for the reason you'd think. I honestly did not see that fight ending the way it did, especially like THAT! When that happened, I turned into virtually every stereotypical black guy at a Def Jam show you've ever seen, despite my undeniable whiteness.Calling that a pleasant suprise would be an understatement.

However, heres a random one I really liked,
Arabasta arc, in which the 'dried up ossan'-forgot his name-stood and faced down Crocodile's sandstorm shouting; "YUBA WILL NEVER BE DESTROYED BY MERE SAND!!"
