I do believe that some of the crew members will be doing some heavy reconsideration on their sexual orientation while others will try to find ways to uhh… do it on their own in private.
As for the crew, I would highly suspect it would be coed anyway with everyone or most being single. I honestly can't imagine someone being married and leaving their spouse behind for a mission that will last for several years. Well, actually I find it to be highly doubtful, not impossible.

Reconsideration? Unnecessary in this day and age! Technological innovations have improved upon the traps of yester-year and now one need not switch orientations to be satisfied.

I belive they have made experiments with labrats (or some kind of rodent) being pregnant in space.
as a result the little rat children had no sense of up or down. if you placed a normal rat upsidedown in an aquarium or something they would turn arouund as they felltowards the bottom and "land" on their feet.
the rats that had been breed in outer space however didn't they just floated downwards wiggeling their little legs without paying any attention to the sensation that is gravity.
Think there was also something about bird eggs not hatching (don't remember if they didn't hatch at all or if they didn't hatch only if introduced to zero grav too early in development)

With the lack of gravity, you could twist your body in any way. Imagine that amount of positions you could perform AND INVENT. This could start a whole new era in the sport of sex.
I can imagine pregnancy working. Just because things are afloat doesn't mean that things will go haywire.
Actually the experiments that has been conducted on the subject suggests that it does… the featus won't have a normal development without gravity or gravity like force affecting it.

If anyone of you has read Planetes, it has this girl who due being born in space can't never come down to earth. Low gravity made her grow very tall but was it that her bones were weak or something? Of course Planetes is a complete work of fiction but I think Makoto Yukimura did his research too so it could be a true scenarios of what-would-happen.
Yeah, I vaguely remeber reading about those labrat tests. Interesting stuff too. I hope there will be a space baby during my life time. I guess that's the only real way to get to know for real. Dunno, it might sucks to be that baby though.
