Kuma: Me and Kid are the shichibakai... Roronoa Zoro... Monkey D Luffy. You two are coming with us!

Most stuff that comes from there is fake anyway. It'd be better to wait for someone from 2ch to post the more believable spoilers.

You don't know the status of Gecko Moria. Approximately a week to a week and a half has passed in the storyline. It's plausible for a stong character to recover during that period.
