Okay, this is my new Naruto fanfiction. It takes place during part 2 of the manga. Naruto has returned to Konoha after trying to get Sasuke again. Itachi's given him new powers that he needs to discover, Jiraiya is dead and Pain, the Akatsuki leader is after him. Shikimaru, Naruto and Kakashi figure out Jiraiya's code, and Naruto finds out about his heritage, and his training which will start soon. Meanwile Sakura deals with her feelings. She is starting to realize that she doesnt like Sasuke like she used to, but rather Naruto.TAKES PLACE AFTER CHAPTER 406
CHAPTER 1
Naruto stared at the picture for hours. Tsunade took a picture of Pa Toads back, which had Jiraiya's final words written in code. "Man, I just dont get it, Shikimaru said it wasnt any Konoha code, it makes no sense,9, 31, 8, 106, 7, 207, 15, Its just random numbers.
~Flashback/Dream~
_"Naruto, It's been over a year since we left Konoha. I've taught you better chakra contol, better ninjutsu, and better taijutsu. We have a year and a half to finish your training. I am going to teach you code's today" Jiraiya said. they were on a cliff neer a town. "Whats the point of this, I should be learning how to do amazing jutsu's like lightning blade, and the Fireball jutsu, not how to make codes" the ever-impatient Naruto said.
"Your going to need to learn this. Every ninja village has certain code languages. If you are ever in a battle and feel you might die there, you will want to write a message down, if your fighting someone and want to tell your village his secret, write it in code. You can summon a toad, Naruto and have it deliver the code. I myself have a code language, I have many books written, even more then the Icha Itcha series. My code Language is writting down the pages. for example, If a code was 4,1,9,6,3 you would figure it by this, my 4th book, page 1 word 9. then page 6, word 3" Jiraiya said.
"But how do I know what books you published in what order?" Naruto asked. "Here, this is a list, soon when I finish, you can add Icha Icha tactics" Jiraiya said. "Yea, if you EVER finish it" Naruto said. "YOU LITTLE BRAT" Jiraiya said.

Naruto awoke and screamed, "Oh my god, I know how to solve it.
Naruto looked through his bags, and found a scroll. It was full of things Jiraiya gave him during there travles. He opened the scroll and in a puff of smoke, a ton of things came. Naruto grabbed the list, the picture and looked.
"Okay, the first number is 9" Naruto said. He looked at the list and saw book#9. It was titled, "the tales of Naruto, an autobiography by Jiraiya". Naruto ran outside and went to the local book store. he went to the desk and saw a woman. "Hey old lady, do you have the book, "the tales of Naruto, an autobiography by Jiraiya?" Naruto asked. "Yea, here it is" the old lady said handing Naruto the book. Thanks" Naruto said throwing the money as he ran out.
