Did Robin kill him? I mean he probably deserved it but I felt a little sorry for him getting his face smashed and then getting the crap beaten out of him and then getting his back snapped I know he was a jerk but I felt sorry for him.

I doubt he is, seeing as Oda seems to hate killing off his villain characters.

Examples:
Captain Morgan, Buggy, Kuro, Crocodile, Enel, Foxy, Lucci & others, Moria & others, etc

Then again, you never know. Oda's mind is an enigma XD

I just think that out of all the villains he deserves to die the least I hope he shows up again somewhere.

I don't know, I got pretty pissed of with him when he was kicking, punching, and knocking down Robin. Also how he treated Franky, Tom, and Iceburg

He got his spine broken.He's paralised for the rest of his life.He lost CP9.He's now shitting under himself and must be cleaned by someone.He will get fat.And won't be able to do any job.He can't live without help.And even a little tackle in his wheelchair before some cliff will be enough to get severe injuries.He may be forgotten somewere like a luggage.He may die all alone,completely forgoten by everyone,before that existing a useless existance.And he will be to scared to finish his life like a man.You can say-he's already dead.Because marines don't need useless trash at a time like this.

uh-no he didnt-THAT was a scene found no where in the manga-he was "clutched"-the aniem staff thought it was a good idea to add an x-ray of a snapped spine as comic relief.

I'd like to think he is paralised.Oda never punishes such weak and lousy trash as Spandam,Mr.3,etc.
So one nice scene won't make any hurt.At least that is some normal justice.That's the only time when Oda has no right to complain(if he ever does so).
