Voted for Saul, Robin and Perona.
Perona's horohorohoro really stuck in my mind. Maybe it was the voice actors work that made it so memorable, but it's the laugh I remember the most.
Whenever DoFlango gets animated for any length of time I think his fufufufu, will be equally as good but I don't even think that's really a laugh, it's supposed to be air going through his nose, right?

Brock because it just awesome to try out. Also it is cool and unique.
Crocodile, because I liked his dubbed laugh. I never heard the Japanese laugh till now but it is okay. Still his dubbed one stays in my mind._

Moria is hands-down my favorite of all time! I tried to imitate his laugh for one of my friends and just couldn't do it. XD
