Thought I'd let some of you know XD.
Spiderman…the TOKUSATSU series!

I watched the opening to the show once, funny stuff.
-
If it has lycra, count Japan in.
-
Old like really old.
-
I've seen it all it was pretty damn awesome for being tight on the budget.

In the 70s, Toei made a TV series about Spiderman by getting permission from Marvel. Even though it has Spiderman, it has nothing to do with the comics. That's right, there's no Peter Paker, no spider bite, and no famous spidey villains. However there is (come on, say it with me now) monsters, bad special effects, and Giant Robots!!!:cheerful: (I'm obviously not joking, come on it's Japan)
Anyways, episodes are streaming right now at Marvel.com. Even though the first few episodes are kind of bland, it starts getting better later. The special effects are the kind of bad that makes them funny. And the theme song is also really catchy. I'm hooked on the show.
Here's a link to the show's hub:

They always take Stan Lee's ideas and 'Animese' Them …
Hmm .. Now we need a Live 'Action' version of Stripperella .. Yes ...
-
Ummm I wouldn't say that about Stan Lee's work, thing is Spidey was prob. the most popular due to it's resemblance somewhat to Kamen Rider.
Plus Leoparodan.
