What do you think will happen after the Water 7 arc?
Untitled

-
uhm… maybe ace will meet up with luffy again and then they also meet up with blackbeard's crew and they have more fights :)
-
after water 7 they will become even more popular as pirates, i'll tell ya that.
-
Lesse, what's left to be resolved….
Blackbeard.
Ao kiji.
Ship's musician.
That's all I can think of. My vote would be Blackbeard, or just something completely new we're not expecting. Another island, or something. I dunno.
-
Well, Aokiji's word about how the StrawHats are getting close to Marine HQ still worries me. i wonder if that meant anything.
-
they'll reach the redline on their new boat to discover that there's no waterway through it and have to abandon it.
ooshi78
-
The Marine Headquaters better not be on the Redline. There is many more island in the frist half of the Grand Line the Straw Hat Pirate did not touch yet.
Villa
Elubaf
Fisherman Island -
They're likely to run into other Shichibukai– particularly Doflamingo.
-
Just what I was about to say loulou. I think the highest probability is that the Doflamingo arc will start then and that at the end of it the Strawhats will have crossed the Red Line.
-
Humm… on one mention about Ribin :(
How is Robin after water 7??? :o
I wish she would be with Luffy again.

**Of course she´d be with Luffy again. Nami also came back after the Arlong arc didn´t she?
-
After W7, a short funny arc with another pathetic villain, then a Red Line arc with one of the Shichibukai involved (Doflamingo? Or Jinbei? Would be funny that the fishmen HQ is on the continent and the only way through it when travelling on Grand Line).
-
I think, that Shanks will be involved in the next arc. And ace. and Whitebeard and Blackbeard and the marine HQ. Yeah, that's what i like to see. Bring it on, Oda
-
I think it will be some sort of arc, as always when they get higher bounties. You know, they show marine HQ on a meeting, they all saj how dangerous they've become and so on.. And I hope it will also tell what's the thing with Shanks - Whitebeard meeting. It would be interesting to find out more about that.
Then just before the red line, blackbeard shows up again, and the straw hats get away somehow over the red line and escape from him, like they did in skypia arc -
i think next arc will be blackbeard pirates vs straw hat pirates, as blackbeard is still aiming for luffy and if he gets a higher bounty after w7, it will be even more interesting for teach to catch luffy if he wants to be a shishibukai.
it would also be the first time that a strong pirate wanna fight luffy in a real pirate fight (davy back fight doesn't count)

I haven't really thought about it too much, but now I'm kinda looking forward to it. You just know he's going to pit one Strawhat against another. :D (OK I know that's not a good thing, but it'll make for some great nakama development. Maybe it'll be Sanji and Zoro, they're the ones who need to develop their friendship the most! Oops, I'm rambling again.)
-
Considering that CP9 received authority from Aokiji to use a Buster Call task force against the Straw Hats, it seems likely that the ships and Vice Admirals in that force would be nearby so that they can move quickly in case Robin doesn't agree to a deal with CP9.
So I expect one of the first things that will happen after the Water 7 Arc ends will be Spandam ordering the BC fleet to attack the Straw Hats. If he isn't over-ruled for some reason, it'll probably be a while before that fleet actually catches up with Luffy and Company. That might even be a running theme for a while in the series that the Straw Hats have to keep moving to avoid being caught by the Buster Call fleet.
-
i dont think spandam will be able to do anything after this arc and the world goverment can be thank the strawhats again for take out another madly wannabe emporer.
i think after w7 arc we see another island we never heard before like we always did.
-
Personally, I'm hoping for some short arcs, at least one, before jumping back into another grand arc ala Alabasta, Skypiea and Water 7.
-
I'm personally hoping for some sort of Gyojin-Giant war/battle.
-
There's gonna be some bounty-raisin', I tell you what, boy. Gonna make them CP yahoos scream like stuck pigs. Yee-haw. <–- Redneck in me
An-y-w-a-a-a-y... I like the idea that the Straw-Hats will need to keep avoiding the Buster Call. But, we've got to confront it sooner or later... I think maybe, at the next island, they'll be stalled for a bit for one reason or another and have to fight off the Buster Call? Zoro and Luffy could probably down at least one ship if they use that "Gomu Gomu 300-Pound Cannon" attack that I so love. It'll be interesting, and hell, we may even get to see Garp and his boys again.
Yes, what ARE all the matters that need resolving?
-
Ace/Whitebeard/Blackbeard
-
Buggy and Alvida
-
Musician
-
Shanks
-
Crossing to the second-half of the Grand Line
-
Merman Island (and the strongest swordsman there, who topped Hachi? Perhaps Jinbei?)
-
Giant Island
-
I'd like to see Wapol and Gedatsu again... And, depending on how things work out, Miss Goldenweek and the Mr. 5 pair.
-
Raftel (Rough Tale? Laftle? What is the name?)
-
D.
-
Mihawk and Zoro
-
All the rest of the Shichibukai (Most prominently Doflamingo)
... We have quite a bit to cover still, at a halfway point. If Luffy doesn't get his ass in gear and whip Lucci's sorry behind, the whole deal may go on longer than Oda anticipated.
Well, whatever. As long as Usopp and Robin rejoin, and we get a new crewmember, I'll be content for the moment. Another small arc, like Davy Back, would be a pleasant way to get things started again after this whole mess.
-
-
I was just thinking about this after watching the last episode that K-F released. I think I see how Whitebeard may get involved with the Strawhats; although it maybe a bit farfetched…
Anyway in the episode Buggy mentioned how you never hurt one of Whitebeard's men or else he will crush you. So say Luffy defeats him, maybe that could irritate Whitebeard. Now it seems farfetched cause Blackbeard did apparently kill a nakama; but maybe Whitebeard still sees him as a fellow crewmate.
-
I doubt that we´ll see Jinbei or the other two Shichibukai anytime soon. I think the reason why only Doflamingo and Bear were at Maryjois is that the pirates that were the point of discussion (the Straw Hats) are currently traveling a region of the Grand Line that is territory of the three Shichibukai (Crocodile, Bear, Doflamingo).
Remember how surprised Doflamingo was to see Mihawk there. If it wasn´t for the Strawhats in which he has great interest in, Mihawk wouldn´t have joined the discussion.
Now my personal guess is that Mihawk, Jinbei and the other two Shichibukai those Shichibukai who attack pirates who´ve successfully crossed the Red Line, because only the tough pirates seem to be able to do that. That´s why I think they didn´t appear at Maryjois. In their eyes Luffy is just a nobody pirate who only got famous at the beginning of the Grand Line. So far all of Luffy´s oponents were to arrogant to see the potential he has that´s why they always fail against him. Only Smoker, Shanks, Ace and Mihawk have realized that there´s much more to Luffy and his crew then you first might think.Originally posted by Yoska@May 24 2005, 05:50 PM

I think you´ll get this. Every mega arc had it´s own preparation arc. Alabasta had Drum (and even Whiskey Peak and Little Garden), Skypiea had Jaya and Water 7 had Longring Longland. Before the real deal starts we will get another "breath taker" adventure just as usual. :D
-
Hmm…
I hope Sanji gets a bounty, this time. After single-handedly taking out the back of the train, and now him and a "mysterious figure" going off to rescue Robin... it might happen.
-
After this arc, the collective Straw Hat crew will be worth much, much more. Not sure which bounties will raise or come up, though.
Anyway, after this arc….my ideas:
-
While a Buster Call is coming up, Blackbeard, Shanks, and Ace run into each other
-
Zoro Time. Not sure how or why, but it's Zoro Time.
-
-
Marine HQ- Update on Koby and Smoker.
Impel Down- Seeing how things are going in pirate hell and with the anti-Strawhat group rising.
BUSTER CALL'D on Strawhats and the other powerful pirates (The Five Stars may see them becoming a threat since they are becoming one the strongest forces on the Grand Line.)
More mystic stuff with the Poneglyphs and Shichibukai.
-
I don't care what happens next. I just hope its' awsome and I'm sure oda will make it so.
-
I kinda wish Oda throws in more story. Mybe the SHP will visit Skull Island or something
-
I just hope that BOTH Franky and Paulie join them… sigh

If I recall correctly, Jaya was technically "Skull Island," as its original shape was that of a skull. But if you mean an island full of corpses or undead or something, I doubt it.
I just remembered one other thing I'd like resolved. Isn't there a WAR going on in the world? When was the last time that was mentioned, and are the Straw-Hats going to get mixed-up in it?

OOOOH THAT USOPP HAS A DORSAL FIN!

**That is one strange mental visual… it has lead to "shark attack" Usopp. Hey, does anyone else know that song?
-
Buster Call definetly, proabably cause by the end of this arc Anease Lobby will be nothing but a memory once the Straw Hats get done with the place. And proabaly more serious governement officals will start dogging after them along with any other Grand Line pirate.
-
by the way, isn't blackbeard a member of the "D" family??
i don't why would he fight luffy because seems like he knows him.
so he'll fight him just for fun??? -
no he want to fight him to get a feared pirate because then he could become one of the shichibukai.
-
Hmmmm…. After Water Seven I see the Straw Hats get new bounties, they'll find the One Piece, and there will be a whole bunch of stuff that happens in between.
Yeah, I didn't try to hard on this one
-
I'm guessing that we'll see some sort of Ace/Buggy/Shanks appearance after this whole Water 7 mess wraps up.
As for villains, maybe it is time for Don. He's been sitting on the bench for too long.. But as for other Shichibukai members.. I don't think we'll see anyone for Jinbei. At least, I hope not… Mainly because I think Jinbei is goingto be the coolest of the Shichibukai, maybe he'll be the last of them or something.
So.. Yeah.. I'm going to say that it will be a Don/Ao Kiji/Marine HQ arc. That would be pretty interesting.

**Don as in Don Krieg? I'm interested of seeing Gin again. (he was the coolest character in the Don Krieg Arc!) He needs a side story.
Also, WHERE'S JOHNNY AND YOSAKU'S SIDESTORY?!
-
Nope, I was talking about Doflamingo.. But Don Krieg and Gin would be nice to see again, if they are alive. :)

Gin left the Baratie with an unconscious Don Krieg/Crew, saying that him and the Strawhats would meet again on the Grand Line.
Oh, Doflamingo! Wonder what he's doing after killing Bellamy.
-
is Bellamy really dead? considering the strange rate at which characters seem to survive…
i haven't read that part in a while... kinda waiting for K-F to do it, so i can see it animated.
-
i think he's dead, can't remember if doflamingo finished him off or not. anyway after water 7 they'll have a shipwright i'm sure and i think they might just get a few more crewmates. a musician (that's been hinted for a while now), and maybe a priest or a tailor. i think it would be cool to have someone like wolfwood on board or a tailor who can fight too (like that gay guy from kung fu hustle :D).
-
Well though we haven´t seen the final chop I think it´s fair game to assume he´s dead. After all it´s Doflamingo who did that and if he has to been taken as the next supreme bastard then it is certainly better if he kills him instead of just hurting him. Because if Doflamingo would just have injured Bellamy then how can you take somebody like him as serious threat to Luffy and co? It just gives him a much more lethal appearance if he would have killed it.
Besides we didn´t see the final chop, we just heard it so it is my guess that Sarquiss cut off Bellamy´s head and that Oda didn´t want to show that. Just a guess. -
there is no way that bellamy is dead, people already said that after luffys "fight" with him.he is as dead as pell,viper,enel,mr.3 and all the others.

Edit:hey we saw what happend to pell, viper and mr.3.i say these three were as dead as its possible for present op main characters.
Yes, I understood what you said and of course I know they're alive but I think there's a difference between Bellamy and them but it might mean nothing. As I said, I think he is alive, Oda doesn't kill his characters, but he's still a question mark.

i think what i think others think. lol. did that make sense? Anyway i think that whats his name…errr the mechenical guy in water seven i am having brain damage right now, i cant remember. <_< hmm...anyway i cant remember but i think u know who i am talking abt. i think he will come along with them, and build going merry go2. -^__^- itll be soooo cool.

and i think you think to much.

thats just you, i see no diffrence.for me bellamy is still alive.
if oda let pell alive and destroy one of the best moments in op with it then theres no way that he killed bellamy. -

That's the difference, plus he isn't the most likeable character of all time with tons of crazy fan girls behind him. So, it's like even though I genually believe Franky will join yet I still don't rule out the possibility of somebody else joining. The chance is there but I wouldn't bet on it. Well, at least we agree nobody's dead in OP until it's officially confirmed - which almost never happens anyway.
