We know for a fact that she was 8 when she left Ohara and started to join different groups up to the current date.

We know Robin made an agreement with Crocodile 4 years before Alabasta arc about the polynegraphs

Then again we hear from Spandam and was making fun of her last 20 years after Ohara; which implies that she is 28 years old.

I know the general consensus is that she is 28 but is it referenced anywhere in the manga specifically?

Figured what out again? It was a question asking if it was referenced anywhere because from re-reading the manga again, it seems to point that Robin is 20 years old and not 28 years old. Again, I was always under the impression she was 28 and I am looking for some reference in the manga or some other magazine that refers to that age.

Again, you didn't say where it was referenced; that was all I was asking. I knew the age was 28 but those images it made it seem like she was 20.

That wasent Crocodile's group she joined at 16, the next frame shows her running away after betraying some guy, THEN shows her at 24 joining Crocodile's group (look at the hair too)

I bet people don't even read the first post. OP got confused because he got the age at which Robin joined Crocodile wrong, which in turn led him to belive there was contradicting information in the manga about her age.

Actually, Robin says here when she first joins that she's 28. It was later confirmed in the SBS and the CP9 Saga a few times, with some details as to what was going on in the 20 years between the Ohara Incident and the Alabasta Incident.

One thing we can agree on is that Robin doesn't look like she's 28 at all, but more like early 20s.
