I would actually prefer if either Madhouse or Kyoto Animation did One Piece.
Who would you rather owned One Piece?

Well maybe it's just me but i have noticed a change in the artwork after the 2 year time skip, and i don't know if i like it very much. It is still ok to watch but I think the artwork before the time skip was a lot better.

The artwork is still very much the same as it was post-timeskip.
And there is no definitive art style in the anime since there are multiple art directors switching rotation. -
Although i like Funimation because I love the artwork of anime like Air Gear, Black Cat, Ah! My Goddess, Claymore, Darker Than Black, Guilty Crown, Nabari no Ou, and Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom. I think something such as one piece should be done by toei.

^Funimation is just a North American anime licensing and dubbing entity that has nothing to do with the animation done on all of the shows. The person who put that on the poll was just being funny, I guess.
Anyway, Toei's recent actions are really starting to rub me the wrong way, since they are allegedly holding up negotiations with several dubs around the world because they are apparently not allowed to dub anymore openings/endings as per a "new policy" they've instituted.

BONES omg I would die for that level of animation for One Piece…
But then again if Toei actually spent the money BONES did for their episodes, I'd be fine with Toei. Honestly they do fine with movie animation, so somewhere inbetween would be great...

Toei for me.
Though I'd be lying if I didn't admit that I'd like to see a One Piece OVA or movie animated by Gainax. Just….gawd.

Mikey, as a anime watcher and a manga reader, I must ask.
If you really hate the way the anime is going, why don't you just quit following it?
The pacing's been like this since Enies Lobby. There's no chance it's going to change anytime soon.I did stop following it! :P It's just I'll randomly watch an episode here and there every few months to see how it's doing, or if I get bored enough.

Yeah, there was definitely a change. It's fine, but it's not as good as it was pre-time skip. I think it's mostly just the colors, though. For example, a lot of the colors seem slightly desaturated compared to before and some skin colors have changed (like Robin's, for example). Maybe the artwork outlines are a bit thinner too, but I'm not too sure.

Anyone but Studio Pierrot. If it were in their hands we'd still be back at the Whitebeard War, and that's being generous. They love their filler.

I wish I was able to vote but I know too little about the 3 animation studios…

Actually, only two of the choices are animation studios. Funimation does not animate; they are a major company that dubs anime for North American viewers, and handles distribution over here (between their owned properties and unowned properties)

I just know I won't be voting gonzo because 56 episodes of One Piece is far too little.
