Nakamas representing nations…?

I just got the idea that at least some of the strawhats are representing real nations, just like:

Robin - Spain, a lof her attacks are named spanish

Sanji - France, French Men are known for loving woman, most of his attacks are french and France is "supposed to be one of the culinary hotspots of the world" (thanks Master Chef^^)

Brooke - England, he seemes to be the typical chliche of a englisch Gentleman, wears hat & tuxedo and trinks tea very often.

Franky - America, well, I can't tell exactly why but Franky seems to be an american in my eyes…

Propably a totaly dumb idea, sorry if it is one^^

I liked the Floridian Nami idea, being from Florida myself. And Kaku being Hawaiian seems possible. He does have tanner skin than most other characters. Which is weird for some reason. :wassat:

Robin's attacks aren't completely in spanish.

Cien Fleur for example has the spanish Cien for One Hundred, but Fleur is FRENCH for flower… in spanish its Flor.

Or maybe the fansubs always mistranslate it, since they always say Fleur instead of Flor...

Romanies dont have their contry and dont have any rules or a goverment to folow, they are free. Besides they all have dark wavy/curly hair and they are singing and dancing all the time ie have a good easygoing personality, and that is what D people are - they represent freedom and I can`t recall seeing any of them in a bad mood. I mean I did, but they smile most of the time anyway.
