How best to buy Chapter 500?

I'd sort of like to own the Weekly Jump containing Chapter 500 when it comes out.

I live in Arizona, so "Just to to Kinokinuya or however it's spelled" is not going to happen.

Plan B: I know there are several mail-order Japanese bookshops that will sell me Weekly Jump. However, I can see timing being an issue. If I wait until the week it's out, they may not have enough copies to satisfy demand, or their protocol might be "send last week's issue because we have a lead time". However, I can't necessarily say right now "Send me issue 24" because Oda might skip a week between now and then– we don't know exactly when Chapter 500 will show.

Does anyone know of a seller who will handle an order like "Here's $10 now, when the issue of WJ containing 500 comes out, send it to me?"

Also, am I in the ballpark expecting it would be in the vicinity of $10 including cheap-mail postage.

I wouldn't mind, but if I got 500 I'd want to get the issue with 1, 50, 100, 200, 300, and 400 in it too which isn't happening. There's no confirmation that it'll be 1000 chapters, so 500 may not be that important.

And if you would just wait till the spoilers of ch. 500 arrive? In this case you could be sure of the concerning issue and you would still have approx. 4-6 days till the offical release in japan.
