Seiko and his goons don't have what it takes to deal with the Phenom Brigade. They'd try to run to the mods for help but in a neutral environnment without outside interference they're utterly fucked.
That's if the two groups don't become friends of course. I can't remember if Phenom and Snow White had anything against Uchihas.
