So, I was wondering about her. How is she able to go from mermaid tail to legs like that? Can all mermaids in One Piece do that?
I figure it's a simple thing, when she wants to swim, she just puts her legs together to form a tail once again. Remember, her tail split at the age of 30, allowing her to walk on land, as it is with other Mermaids of that age.
