Little note, it's not so much a Flan (that's a dessert), but a Flam, which is used to describe two or more drum hits in quick succession. So, the attack might mean 'quick hit lullaby' more or less?

Can anyone (preferably who can read French) translate this? I have checked online translators for this and the best I can come up with is "Term of Fencing: With boot (feet?) straightforward , a foil (fencing sword) strike performed neatly that cannot be avoided/parried."
