5. Giovanni (Pokemon series)The best villains are the ones that make you despise them. I love Balio and Sunder for that. I hate their fucking guts but they were great villains. The rest I don't exactly hate, but they were still good villains nonetheless.

Been playing a lot of Metroid recently, so I'm really liking Ridley and SA-X (Fusion.)
As for the usual, I've always been a fan of Ganondorf and Bowser.

Gyakuten Saiban 4, known in the States as Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. Easy to understand the confusion.
