I have dl 337 but now I have seen a v2 of 337 (239.82MB) why is there a version2 is there major errors or what?

There has been no v2 of 337 released, so if you found one, it's either a fake or else it's not Vegapunk.

man i wish vegapunk would stop slacking off and get back on the subbing.cuz i download only in vegapunk and even if i want to download episodes from noob production,an error comes to me everytime if i wanna download episodes from there.>:C

I'm sorry, but this is just uncalled for. We have real lives. I'm really sorry if you can't download from the other places, but I'd much prefer, well, take care of my daughter and find a job and put fansubbing on the side, rather than fansub and not do those things. The other crew members are the same as well- real life comes first. We do this for free, and we can't always do it super quickly. I wish we could, but it just isn't possible. So please, try and understand, okay?

It depends on multiple things. At the moment we're working on it, but we have a backlog of stuff and it's difficult to catch up, so new releases are slower as well.
In the past when we were caught up, though, the softsub was released somewhere between 1-7 days after the raw appeared, and the hardsub was a few days after that.
