Girl's Revolution An analysis of femenism in the show Utena (actually written by a Dragonball, Evangelion-loving guy).
Anime-Myth.com An interesting site for people who, like myself, love symbolism and mythology– analyzes and lists most of the mythological/fairy tale references for several anime shows.
The Grandline Cafe Looks to be a fun page with a nice layout. For OP.–Bevin

I used to like finding them, but since I haven't in maybe years, I don't really visit many anime sites. There's the main page here, and Kakyouin's site. Besides those, no anime specific sites.
