Does anyone know where I can get RAWs for OP volumes 1-current? (or at least most of the volumes). Every site I find has broken links or wants me to pay to DL them.

Go to http://www.gotlurk.net, click on Packlists, then [UR]Dan. Go to the One Piece listings, click on the # sign next to the volumes you want, then copy the xdcc send code and enter it into Lurk's IRC channel (#lurk@irchighway.net)
If you don't know what IRC is, I'd suggest downloading mIRC ( http://www.mirc.com/ ) and reading their tutorials.
