This is another question that hasn´t been answered so far but I personally think that Blackbeard alone is a former Whitebeard Pirate. Lafitte for instance to be known for being a former Peacekeeper in West Blue but not for being a former pirate.
Also the way how Ace just speaks about getting his former subordinate (singular!) while he totally doesn´t speak of the entire crew just seems to indicate that Teach was alone and created his own pirate crew afterwards.
But as I said, nothing is for sure so far.

Does anyone have any of the pictures that appeared in SBS's only? Like, the joke pictures on characters, such as Buggy with pigtails and Eneru with an obahan perm? I can't find any scans, and I've never seen them.

- Ace takes those ships down in episode 95.
- Satori gets defeated at the end of episode 163.
- Jerry actually just appears in episode 253. However in ep 254 you can see him laying on the floor while Sanji takes down the remaining small fry.
- Frankys centaur mode appears in ep 260 for the first time, but in 261 he actually uses it against Nero.
- Jabura, Fukuro and Kumadori get all introduced in episode 264.

There is actually no big secret to it. All I do is check all the episodes saved on my hardrive (which would be all there is out so far). Looking at the episode titles should more or less give you a clue in between which episodes you have to look so once open a file you can check it. I´m actually pretty amazed that I get asked about that so often because I was sure I´m not the only one who has all the episodes and chapters saved on his comp.

At the start of the Enies Lobby arc, Sanji is wearing his stripped orange shirt with black vest attire. But when he and the others meet at the bridge in EL to confront CP9, he's back in the classic black tux. When did he change outfits?

I'm pretty inrigued by the fact that the crews are very alike in many ways, so what Anime Episodes or Manga Volumes to they appear in?

I haven't seen the anime up to that point, but his first manga appearance is Ch.223.

Well the single characters of the Blackbear crew appear in the episodes 146 and 147. However the episodes where they are officially introduced as Blackbear Pirates is episode 151 (one of the best episodes of the anime btw) and their last anime appearance was in the following episode 152.

He has a brief anime only cameo appearance in episode 52. His real manga canon appearance however is featured in episode 53. Furthermore the episode where he gets mentioned by the council of kings is ep 91.

as i dig around the internet, i found info that Monkey D. Garp is Luffy's grandpa... remember there is one ep where Luffy is very scared to fight him and he barely hurt luffy with just a bare hand though.... very powerful..
and it says that he is the one that capture Gold Roger... so thats mean the strongest among all character is Gold Roger (pirateking), Whitebeard(the one who has the same strenght as Gold Roger) and Monkey D. Garp(slightly stronger or equal with Gold D. Roger)...

Erm, actually this thread has always been up to date with the latest chapters so unless it is about content from spoiler threads it´s not like we´re spoiling people because this is the "who/what/where is this" thread in which exactly such questions are supposed to be asked AND answered.
That said I´ll try my best to answer you questions grinch.
1. This isn´t even a big spoiler. Usopp´s (Sogeking´s) new weapon appeared the first time in chapter 390 when the Strawhats were facing CP9 at Enies Lobby. It wasn´t however said when he created it. He just introduced it as his new weapon, the great pachinko called "Kabuto" in chapter 398. In chapter 421 Usopp wanted to reveal the secret behind his weapon but Zoro and Sanji didn´t let him speak out so for now it´s still something to be revealed.
2. The who will become the 7th mate of Luffy´s crew is still not answered. Saying what I think would be bringin in personal opinion which would lead to another Franky vs. Paulie argument which should be kept in the respective thread. So for now, a new crewmate hasn´t officially been revealed within the story itself.
3. With what´s been said in chapter 431 it can be taken as a given that Franky will build the ship. It may not have happened so far but he announced that he wants to built his Dream Ship and that he wishes that the Strawhats sail on it.

-each crew member usually has a flashback story or past life about themself...
-so far we have seen/read franky flashback...

Erm there´s a good reason why I didn´t want to bring that discussion up here because this isn´t the proper place for this discussion. The Franky vs. Paulie thing has infected so many other threads because people couldn´t keep it where it belongs and it annoyed the hell out of other members. So if you feel the need to say something to that matter then feel free to do it within this thread.

In episode 144, when Luffy puts on a barrel to salvage a ship without getting wet, his legs aren't covered. There aren't really any close shots to confirm this, but it definately looks like it. Are there any close shots in the Manga to make sure?
Also… kind of less serious, but how is Luffy able to crack his knuckles all the time if his bones are made of rubber?
