So, here it is. I can't wait episode to encode so i am downloading raw and script, and i have bat internet connection and i can't download encode version of episodes because i can only spent 5 GB max on month. So i was wondering can anyone help me and tell how to animate subtitles (like vegapunk or kaizokun fansubs doing it because i know all make for my subtitles exept part whit animation, i really wish to know how to animate stuff like "Gomu Gomu no" and other attacks (i only need this for self-use because i wish i can do subs like i wish to watch).
