No, those match ups would make dramatic sense. We're going to end up with stuff like Choji versus Chiyo, Kiba versus Asuma, and Konohamaru versus Tsunade's boyfriend.
Also, Kakashi versus Zabuza would be pretty boring. Kakashi already won that fight and is now stronger than he was then, while Zabuza should be much weaker.

one thing that always bothered me was, why did they wait 3 years to start capturing the tailed beasts?
i mean lets give the not naruto just for sake of saying jiraiya is with him so they were wary.
why did they wait on the rest? and also why start at weakest? why not before making any intentions clear at all about wanting naruto, why not start and capture naruto, then go for bee, then ect down to 1.
why not take teh surprise and take out the strongest (who was actually the weakest) first. why let naruto get strong
it seems that madara has had this plan for since series began. why ddin't he take out naruto back before he even knew what a shadow clone was.
and yea this war is stupid. madara is immortal, he has 7 of the beasts. why is he in such a rush. he could have not declared war, remained hidden and waited to make his move on said 8 and 9 tails when they aren't being protected by the entire world.

sorry i shouldn't say quick becuase it will take longer than it woudl take to list bleach's characters. if we get something like the rescue sasuke arc battles, which showed some great character growth then we will be watching this war for 10 years.

just counting the brought back corpses there are 23 TWENTY THREE of them shown. that isn't counting any surprise corpses (talking to you coffin shown some chapters ago) or any that were off screen if any. Then we also have Kabuto and Madara. And the REAL Zetsu? the clone zetsus are just fodder for background fighting.
but 2 volumes is like 20 chapters. there is no way it would get done in time for you to even qualify that as screen time for anyone.
there are 5 divisions, and 4 speciliazed divisions. each one showing some prominent figures or charactesr that have history such as lee, hinata, ten ten, neji, ect. then the 5 leaders of the divisions, such as gaara, kekaishi, ect. then the 5 kage's. oh and we also have bee and naruto somewhere.
now yes the marineford arc started ch. 550 and ended ch. 580. so only 30 there. but can you honestly say we got really anything for character development. We saw a few like marco or jozu do a few attacks. but can you honestly say the rest of the commanders (minus vista) got really any screentime? and that is only like 10 guys. so lets add the new world captains as well. again, like no screen time. oh and that ended in a draw and didn't finish. the war was cut short.

Plot integrity, Character development and Main Themes are the best real ninjas of this series. No one has seen these guys on screen in forever.

Yeah, but Guy is suffering from aftereffects of the gate. That leaves Lee, who. while awesome, jobs about as much as Chad, and Kakashi, who being a main character, is at least better then nothing.

I doubt it'll be exactly like Bleach.
We'll probably have a good start with division teams actually doing something and, if a miracle happens, the original cast participating in the current story.
Before they inevitably get their asses kicked until Naruto shows up to save the day.
Oh, and Sasuke may be related in this.

At a crucial moment Kabuto is going to go "Oh wait, I'm betraying you." And all the clones and zetsus will shut down, rather than need to be beaten.
It might take a few months before we get to that point, and we may get a few fights that are ultimately pointless in the meantime, but that's totally where its going.
Barring Madara betraying him IMMEDIATELY.
