I realized my downloads with utorrent take forever. (160 kbs max and only when theres a whole lot of seeders)
I heard i can speed it up by PORT FOREWARDING my 2wire router to utorrent.
But for some reason, when i get to the part where I input my IP ADRESS into FIREFOX, it won't load. I don't think it's a proxy either

If you look on the left side of that page, there are numerous guides for your router, depending on the model number.

I was using ONE of THOSE tutorials when i got stuck.
I SAID

Wait, are you trying to type your IP into the adressbar of your browser? Are you trying with your specific internal/external IP or are you trying the standard "ip" for that router?
What you should be typeing into the adress bar is the standard number adress corresponding to your type of router.

I went to a bunch of websites that find your ip.
And im using that one.

That edit part showed up after I posted.
So you wrote 172.16.0.1. (or http://172.16.0.1) in to your adress bar? And it still didn't work?
Are you sure that is your router and not your modem then?
Perhaps you should try another browser? (or regular explorer, the one you use for browsing the files on your computer)
If it still does not work you somehow need to find out if the router IP is set to anything different then the default.
