Yeah, does anyone know a trust worthy torrent with such a program? Any I find is simply free to try.
MP3, Wav to MIDI

Erm, do sound formats even go that way? I thought MIDI was supposed to be incompatible with recorded sound, it has to be computer generated.
-
Clearly so, considering there are such programs and people talk about them.

I'm pretty sure you're mistaken on that.
@Wikipedia:
MIDI does not transmit an audio signal or media — it simply transmits digital data "event messages" such as the pitch and intensity of musical notes to play, control signals for parameters such as volume, vibrato and panning, cues and clock signals to set the tempo. As an electronic protocol, it is notable for its success, both in its widespread adoption throughout the industry, and in remaining essentially unchanged in the face of technological developments since its introduction in 1983.
This makes an audio -> .midi transition impossible. The reverse - transforming signals into audio, or a .midi to an .mp3/.wav, is very possible and quite easy. But you'll have to compose from scratch to get a .midi of an audio file you want.

So in short, only way to get say…more One Piece midis than the 4 (We Are!, Believe, Hikari e, Run Run Run!) someone would have to get a midi keyboard and make them?
Is this a haux then? http://www.mp3towav.org/TS-AudioToMIDI/
Alright, another question. Recording music from VisualBoyAdvance. It records it into wav which is quite a big format, so what is technically a midi of a minute length becomes the size of a 3 minute mp3. Is there anything to be done about this?
