Basically every scene from God Hand was fantastic, so it's really hard to choose a best one from it. The one here after the fight in particular is great - any scene with Elvis is good in some way, but this one is just really nice.

There were also a few awesome Sonic Adventure 2 cutscenes, but I haven't played it in awhile, so I've forgotten a lot of the details about them, and which ones I loved.
And it's not from the game itself, but the original trailer for No More Heroes(back when it was just Heroes) is awesome, and it's pretty much just like what's in the game. Of course, I'm playing it right now, so I'm not sure it counts as a "favorite" yet, because the whole game is awesome. So I'll see.
One more that stands out in Warcraft. There's some good CGI there, but Arthas killing is father, the king? That was just an amazing moment, which kinda took me by surprise the first time I saw it.

Man I JUST remembered this one from Rogue Galaxy, it's the scene during the 4th battle against Seed and is IMHO one of the most kickass scenes I've ever seen in a video game, heck I was at awe at every second of it! Anyway the scene starts at around 1:30, but those who haven't gotten far in RG should be warned ;)
