Ripping Sound

I've got this video I found a long time ago. I can't find the song anywhere in the credits, which are basically the name of the guy who made it, a thanks to windows movie maker, and a thanks to the ceators of the footage used in the video.

The whole thing is 3:33 long but the actual music is a few seconds less than that. If their anyway to remove the video track and get rid of rest of it, which is a short sound clip played in the credits?

Basically, I need to take a couple seconds off the beginning and about 4 or 5 off the end, and rip JUST the audio out of the center. Is there any easy way to do this and save it as MP3 without losing much quality?

It´s a programme called No23record
I use it myself sometimes to record music from youtube and it´s easy to handle just turn up the volume (because it records everything a little bit less loud) and press "record". If it doesn´t work just send me the video and I can do it for you.
