My theory about Vegapunk:
Vegapunk used to be a pirate himself, but always was a man of genius. He built a super crew of robots. Amongst thouse robots, Kuma was the strongest. But Kuma betrayed Vegapunk for unknown reasons and turned him in to World Government where he (Vegapunk) is forced to invent things for them, e.g. machines which are able to become df users - that's why I think Kuma is a complete artifical being with this technology, not a human with cyborg parts like Franky.
And yes, I saw the skin on Kuma's arm. But I think he never was human nonetheless. -

Moria was a funny looking villain nobody took really seriously until he began to paint the damn town red or whatever that's called. So yeah, Moria really was some sort of second Foxy.
With the little difference that I'm pretty sure we're never going to see Moria again.Kuma, Foxy, Moria, the only person we're not talking about is Vegapunk.

AND did you notice how little of a threat Moria himself really was? To Luffy at least, Moria got nothing but ass pwnings done to him all around against Luffy.

on topic: i think we don´t have so much information about vegapunk, to discuss this right now. we just can make some predictions, so for me i don´t what to talk about Vegapunk.

Well, I think Vegapunk is gonna be either a huge foe, or a huge help to the Strawhats:
Either, he can help with, upgrade Franky, teach Ussop new ways to invite things, upgraded Clima-tact for Nami, Ussop weapons get upgraded, help with seastone, things the WG doesn't want the SH's to know, orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
he could send a army of cyborg people or just robots in general after them, and be a boss one arc, either way, he will be used in a big way to the SH's!JUST MY TWO CENTS!

I don't know, when Kuma was mentioning Vegapunk, you could see a little of Vegapunk's chest, and while it was kind of unclear it didn't really look like a woman to me.

If he really is just a scientist with no politic influence then it wouldn´t make much sense to having him be the one who spoke to Kuma.
Personally I expect that Kuma was speaking with the Gorosei directly. The decision to annihilate everyone on the island is a tough gamble for someone who does not have the authirities like the Gorosei or Sengoku, which if it would be only that then it could be someone else but it would be pretty unilikely. However the other aspect of that discussion, which was having Moria continue playing his role as a Shichibukai is a far more important matter to the WG then just annihilating peasants. Something of that importance IMO most definitely can only be handled by the highest authority personaly. That´s why I think it´s the Gorosei or at least Sengoku.

DFs actual existence is more of a paranormal/religious thing, and as a man of science, I doubt he focuses on the real "origins" of the DFs. As far as his DF research goes, he probably just realizes the energy frequencies in the DFs, traces them back to the ocean's subtle energy, and then adds science.

I'll just say that Vegapunk better put Hogback to shame! I expect a lot of crazy techno-science with him as the villain.

but with the fact that saying the body can't hold on 2 DF skills ,, there's a chance to see super pacafista with 2 DF ,, because
1- it is machine that can hold on the explosion of interaction 2 DF
2- the human body is week compare the iron in pacafista ( and remember the kind of metal that pacafista made from is unknown )
3- the rule of 2 Df that luccy said is about human ,, we don't know the result of giving 2 DF to mineral .so ,, what you think ?!
