Just watched op. episode 3 I think and when Morgan talked about devil fruits and made 2 examples:
a) breath fire - be an elemental - aka Ace
b) create tsunamis - control weather/wind - aka might be Dragon
Was this coincidence or did Oda have a hand in it

However I doubt it's anything more than a coincident
I would take it even further, Morgan coincidentally talked about Luffys relatives DFs if Dragon does have a DF.
