I'm wondering if anyone would happen to have a version of it somewhere. I've read the second version and the third version but I never read the first version of it. I've always wanted to and it's like, the only piece of one piece media that has eluded me.

Pretty sure it's part of the Wanted! Pack. If you dl the Wanted! book, it'll have the original Romance Dawn in it.Also, it's a children's comic from Japan.
Why are you comparing it to cultural engravings and burritos.

No I'm pretty sure that that one has the backstory where his grandpa gave him the hat, that's version 2. Version 1 still has shanks in it and the girl who became nami looks different again (I think she has long black hair)

His granpa gave him the hat in that one with the witch pirate. And there was a girl named something like Molly who looked almost exactly like Nami.

I don't know if anybody's scanslated Romance Dawn or not; it was in One Piece Red and ooshi translated it for a thread in reference to said book, but I don't remember ever seeing an English scan of it anywhere. I seem to recall hearing somebody say that most groups weren't interested in translating it because so much of it was covered in the Romance Dawn we see in the actual series while the other one wasn't. The material that isn't in the actual series wasn't really enough to make it a worthwhile project when it came down to it.
Of course, there's a good chance that Galley or a version of Galley is the unnamed Yonkou; if that's the case, somebody's bound to do a scanslation eventually.
