I worked all day on this… most of the time was spent trying to find an actual working free FLV>AVI video converter. My god do you know how hard it is? They either suck or they add a watermark. I really don't think I should have to pay X amount to convert a video and...

if the video looks "weird" at any point it's because that's how stupid Adobe Premiere deals with slowed down video footage. You'd think an expensive program like Premiere could do better but apparently… er... but yes... enjoy and all.
