Moria is a Paramecium.
The Paramecium category is a dump for everything that isn't an animal or element. It's purposefully vague so that it can include everything that isn't one of those two.
The odd thing is the Yami Yami no Mi of Blackbeard; it's stated to be a logia even though one could almost envision it as being similar to the wax paramecia of Mr 3.
The existance of the Yami Yami no Mi makes a 4th class unlikely, I think. (Yah, I know I'm the one who suggested it in the first place.) With it, we have a fruit that doesn't fit the normal abilities of a particular class, yet it's still considered part of it. So I think it's likely that any other fruit, regardless of how weird, would probably still fit in one of the 3 main classes. But I still think it would be funny if it somehow wasn't the case, and Kuma did have a unique class.

Zoro's arm is just being obscured by Sanji's head. He does have both arms visible in that panel on page 16.

I completely agree. While the high pressure air thing is kinda odd when coupled with how his attacks look and behave, it completely doesn't go with his teleporting ability. In one chapter he or someone said he had the ability to teleport anywhere within sight "OR" ANY PLACE HE'S BEEN TO BEFORE. Add to that hes been teleporting in and out of closed rooms/areas, and I highly doubt hes using high pressure air to get around, otherwise he'd have to break through a wall to arrive in an enclosed area. I think his bible must have a DF. AND, I still don't know how the heck an object can gain DF powers, but whatever…

Ah, looks like Zoro is using Tou Rou Nagashi, which he only used against Hatchan. Tha Kanji are the same I think so it must be right. Seems like Oda lets Zoro use his older Technics now. First San Zen Sekai against Oz and now Tou Rou Nagashi. Both attacks are very great! I like it!^^

In the last chapter Kuma received the clear order to annihilate EVERYONE on the island (practically a Buster Call in human form) to ensure there´s no witnesses of Moria´s defeat and yet in this very chapter he offers everyone safe journey in exchange for Luffy alone? That much for him completely following the WG. I´m not so sure anymore that he won´t pull an Blue Pheasant on the Strawhats.

Thats right, whats up with that, if he is so super strong and confident as he looks why does he negotiate at all when he has gotten strict orders from the government to wipe out everyone.
He either isn't certain of his victory and just put up a badass show to get their moral down or he's got something else going that the government doesn't know about.
Could be that he just didn't want waste his time with them though, but then that means that he really doesn't give much on the orders he gets, which would again imply that he has his own motives in the whole thing

As for the 4th class of Devil's Fruit, that wasn't totally serious, but was inspired by the comments about how cute a name Kuma's fruit had, and Franky's question about a "cute" class of fruits. I just thought it would be funny if Kuma's fruit actually was in its own class. And really, has it ever been specifically stated by Oda that there are only 3 types of fruits? Maybe it was in a SBS, but assuming it hasn't been stated, the possibility of a 4th, extremely rare type, isn't too far fetched.
Yeah, it was. In a SBS of volume 30.
However, maybe Oda decided to introduce a fourth type just now. But I'm not very sure of this idea.
As for the chapter's discussion, now I really understand how Kuma's powers work. But I'm still confused with what happened to Perona.

At any rate, looks like he wanted to either show mercy or it had something to do with his warriors pride….................which actually made me realize for a second that Kuma oddly reminds me of Vegeta from dragonball, his air pressure attacks look like something from dragonball in the firstplace, mostly like Vegeta's Big Bang attack, he has this look of looking down on weaker opponents and seems to have an unhealthy ammount of pride, letting the weakend opponents go, just like Vegeta let Cell become perfect, his last attack also reminds me of the suicide explosion thing Vegeta did against Buu.......maybe I'm overanalyzing the whole thing......

Maybe Kuma has his own interests in Luffy, he can just report to the WG that he killed him and do whatever he wants while the crew thinks Luffy is dead.

If Kuma can create air pressure on a certain area to defense himself then there are two ways that he can be defeat unless he can protect his whole body.
1. Zoro using ashura , Kuma doesn't know where to defense
2. Luffy using Gear 2, Kuma KO -
It seem like Kuma can compress air and sending air attack at lightning speed with his "meat pad" ability. The pressure are so strong that can penetrate human body.

That´s exactly what I think. He puts his own interpretation of the situation into consideration for the outcome rather then blindly following orders as you would expect him to do (going by Moria´s words AND the Phone Snail conversation last chapter).

But no, Zoro's done. Unless Franky makes Odr into a giant Robot, they're pretty much screwed atm.

As somebody else already said, it seems that Zoro was putting up a decent fight against Kuma. While his attacks didn't succeed (but he didn't use his most powerful attacks), he was pretty good at defending from Kuma's deadly hands: that is, Kuma maybe can teleport himself, but Zoro seems to be almost as fast.
However, Kuma clearly has a clear advantage over Zoro: but notice that, for all we know, this advantage depends only on his devil fruit ability. In terms of raw strength and speed, Zoro (or probably Sanji, and of course Luffy as well) might be even more powerful than Kuma. According to what we saw, Luffy's first fight against Crocodile was much more difficult.
Now there are different possibilities:

Kuma's ability has some hidden weakness (similar to water in Crocodile's case). Maybe he must deflect attacks using his hands, or feet: this way, either Zoro or Sanji should be able to harm him, at least combining efforts. However, this doesn't explain why Sanji's attack backfired: the fact that Kuma says he is a "paw man", maybe means that every part of his body can be transformed in a paw (just like Mr.1 could make every part of his body into a blade). This would make things more difficult, but I can definitely see the strawhats winning or tying even in this case.

Kuma has no clear weakness. Then the strawhats have no chance and I think even with Luffy, things wouldn't change much. This means that Kuma's former bounty is much undervalued. While theoretically possible, it would be somewhat strange; not to say that SHP are going to be massacred (along with the rolling pirates, for what that matters) unless Oda pulls out some DEM: something that at the moment would seem very lame…

Alright, I don't believe in the teleportation anymore. My theory of kuma's movement (if it hasn't been said already) is that he has those pads on his feet as well. If he can supposedly push air with his hands at near light speeds, then doing it with his feet would indeed give the impression of his teleporting. As for what he did to perona, haven't thought of a reasonable explanation. And i am completely against the thought that his bible has a devil fruit, it just sounds dumb to me
