Hokay, here's the run through.A few weeks ago, my Sims 2 games(Sims 2 through Bon Voyage plus 4 Stuff packs) were working fine except I was getting the annoying, "please insert correct disk" message but still worked fine. Then I was trying to make a clip of episode 328 of OP for my friend in WMM but of course that never works.Long story short(and a bunch of cursing later) I finally got WMM working. Then my sis wants to play the Sims 2.We get this message:

      !

Now, like a good player, I see if we have it and we don't so I download it from Mircosoft, boot it and all and check the dxdiag after installing and it's there.Play again and BAM! Back to the message.Thinking it's one of my games, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the first game.Still getting the message.I have no idea how the HELL to fix this anymore and I've been on the Sims 2 help forums and everything checking to see what happen and I've tried different suggestions but MAJOR FAIL! 😧

If anyone could help me, I would be most grateful.I really want to play with my sims again:sad:

What graphic card are you using? From the error message, it seems like reinstalling your graphic card driver might help.

It's an Intel 82845G graphics controller card(At least that's what my directX tool is tellin' me) and how would I do that?
