They both used Carlos Net's public translation from Manga Helpers. I guess Franky House thought this would be better than dealing with the shitload of comments poking fun at their newbie translators.

cold air blobs didn't make a translation in time because that newbie translator uses the chinese release as template… so there's no katakana for that newb to translate the moves... hence he leaves it up to his imagination.
