I'm in Volume 9, halfway through Arlong Arc. I woukd check the new chapter on computer every week. Right now it's 395.

I'd read up too Drum and then stopped. To catch up with the current storyline I read Water 7 and Enies Lobby (knowing a sufficient amount about Arabasta through Davy Back), and then started at Arabasta and went forward. I've also got Davy Back to read. Yes I have a strange system. @_@

I have 9 English volumes and I read the Water/Enies Lobby through the scanlations. DUH

I caught up at a pretty awkward time: New Years Eve (not the fact that it was NYE mind you). I still read the Viz translation, but I eventually started to read the MSN scans.
Oh, and I thought the flashback was great, but it felt awkwardly placed (but that's just me).
